How to Order Tickets

Fans can order tickets in person at the Bronco Ticket Office at Waldo Stadium, via phone or online at wmubroncos.com/tickets
Fans wishing to renew their season tickets online, can click here

The Bronco Ticket Office at Waldo Stadium is open Monday - Friday
10 a.m. - 4 p.m. 

GAME DAY
On game day the Bronco Ticket Office at Waldo Stadium will open three hours prior to the start of the game. 
 
Ticket Replacement Policy
  • Western Michigan University is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced tickets. There are no refunds or exchanges for previously purchased tickets.
  • If a ticket holder reports to the game without their tickets, they may purchase a seating pass for the full face value of the ticket. A full refund will be issued if the misplaced tickets are returned to the Athletic Ticket Office within 15 days of the event.
  • If tickets are lost in the mail, the ticket holder must contact the Athletic Ticket Office at least one day prior to the event.
 
Will Call Policy
  • Ticket orders received by the Bronco Ticket Office within five (5) business days of the event will NOT be mailed. Tickets will be held at Public Will Call, located at the west end of Waldo Stadium at Gate 1. 
  • A picture ID is required to pick up tickets left in Will Call.

Alcoholic Beverages: 
-Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted in Waldo Stadium.
-Alcoholic beverages must be purchased and consumed inside the stadium.
-Alcoholic beverages may not be taken out of the stadium.

Animals: Animals are not permitted inside of Waldo Stadium with the exception of service animals and service animals in training for guests with disabilities. 

ATM: There are no ATM's located within Waldo Stadium.

Bags - WMU's Clear Bag Policy
· Bags should be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and are not to exceed 12" X 6" X 12" in size.
· Clear bags may have a logo on one side so long as said logo does not exceed 4" X 3.4".
· Small clutch bags with or without a handle or strap that do not exceed 4.5" X 6.5" or approximately the size of a hand.
· One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag etc.).
· Exceptions will be made for medical items or a diaper bag (with small child) needed after a proper inspection by security at the gate before entry.

Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to:
· Clutch bags larger than a hand
· Purses
· Briefcases
· Duffle bags
· Backpacks
· Cinch bags
· Mesh bags
· Fanny packs that are not clear or exceed the size limit
· Camera bags/cases
· Binocular bags/cases
· Tinted / Patterned Plastic bags
· Any bag larger than regulated size

Baby Changing Stations: Each restroom throughout Waldo Stadium contains a baby changing station.

BOTTLES/CANS/ OUTSIDE BEVERAGES: Spectators are allowed to bring in one bottle of factory unopened water.

Chairbacks: Padded chairback stadium seats are available for sale at the Stoops Buick/GMC Ticket Center at Gate 3 on game day for $8. Outside chairback seats are prohibited.

Concessions: All concession stands are managed by Kalamazoo Growlers Concessions, and are located throughout the venue.

Drones: Drones, model aircraft, or any other remote-controlled flying objects are not permitted or allowed to be operated inside Waldo Stadium or the surrounding parking lots.

Emergency Information: If a situation arises which requires evacuation of Waldo Stadium, we request your cooperation and assistance to exit the facility in an orderly manner. For your safety, law enforcement and game day security staff are positioned in and around the stadium.
A Police Command Center is located inside the stadium behind Section Z and at Gate 1 next to the Athletic Ticket Office. During and after the game, Western Michigan University Police can be contacted at (269) 387-5555 or 911. Listen to the public-address system for information about weather, emergency evacuations and other emergency information.
Once an evacuation announcement has been given, please proceed to the nearest exit. Outside the stadium, follow the directions of the event staff and do not attempt to re-enter the stadium. Follow @wmubroncos or @wmu_football on Twitter.
In the case of an adverse weather situation, please seek immediate safe shelter.
 
Field Access: Only authorized personnel, ages 16 and older, with proper credentials, will be permitted on the field before, during, or after a game.  Any unauthorized person going on to the field will be removed and subject to ejection and/or arrest.

First Aid/ Healthcare Stations: First Aid: EMS personnel are stationed at Gate 2 of Waldo Stadium.

GATE TIMES: Stadium gates open 1.5 hours prior to kickoff. Times are subject to change.

Lost and Found: Lost and Found: Waldo Stadium lost and found is located at the Athletic Ticket Office at Gate 1. Items that are found will be taken to the Department of public Safety (269) 387-5555 on the next business day following the game.
 
Lost Children and Guests: Lost children and guests should be taken to the Guest Services Booth located inside the stadium by section 125 and Gate 7.  Parents and guests looking for lost children or guests should contact the nearest usher or security personnel and should be directed to the WMUPD Command Center. 
 
Handicap Seating: Wheelchair accessible seating is available in Sections B, CC, EE, F and N of Waldo Stadium. Request a wheelchair seat for you and your companion when purchasing tickets (A folding chair will be supplied for your companion) Additional seats can be purchased in the rows adjacent to the wheelchair seating area.

PARKING

  • Football Season Parking Passes in Lots 10, 11, 12, 3, 17, & 95 are a BAF Membership Benefit that is determined by your membership level and allocated based upon Priority Point ranking. For more information please visit www.wmualumni.org/athletics.
  • General Parking Information
  • General public parking is located off of Oakland Drive, Stadium Drive and West Michigan Avenue. Parking is $10 per vehicle to be paid upon entering a lot. Additional parking has been added along Oakland Drive, near the corner of Oakland Drive and Howard Street. Upwards of 700 new parking spaces in the Zhang Collection area will provide a great parking location within a close proximity to Waldo Stadium. This new parking area will be clearly marked from Oakland Drive.
  • Lots 16 & 94 will be the designated lot for WMU students. Parking is $10 per vehicle to be paid upon entering the lot.
  • A free shuttle service runs continuously beginning three (3) hours prior to kickoff. Shuttles will pick up at Lawson Arena for football home games, with the drop-off to the stadium at the corner of Stadium Drive and West Michigan Avenue, across from Gate 1.
  • Handicap parking is available in lot #4 off of Oakland Drive and lot #6 located east of the Seelye Center off of Stadium Drive
  • A separate Shuttle service is available for fans with mobility issues. Please locate the ADA golf cart shuttle stop in your parking lot then text (269-509-0045) with the letter of associated shuttle stop. DO NOT CALL this number!!!
PHOTOGRAPHY: While cameras are allowed inside the stadium, please take note of our baggage policy as camera bags are not permitted.
Video cameras, tripods and Selfie sticks are not permitted.

• OPEN Containers of any kind (including coolers, thermoses, cups, cans, flasks)
• Coolers
• Flags and flagpoles
• Flammable and pyrotechnical substances and items regardless of their type and purpose (except for matches and pocketsize lighters)
• Food of any kind
• Laser Pointers
• Markers (permanent) and/or paint/ Dry Erase Boards
• Noisemakers including musical instruments (unless as part of the WMU marching band) and most noisemakers (bullhorns, air horns, etc.). Limited non-amplified noisemakers are permitted (thunder sticks, vuvuzela horns, cowbells, etc.)
• Projectile toys (including footballs, frisbees and beach balls)
• Seat cushions containing any type of metal or those with pockets, zippers, storage slots, seat backs, arm rests, or attachments of any kind
• Strollers

• Smoking/Tobacco Policy: Western Michigan University is a Tobacco Free campus. The use of tobacco products is no permitted indoors or outdoors on any University property. The use of tobacco products including smokeless tobacco & vapes can result in removal from the facility & campus.

Re-Entry/Pass Outs: There is no Re-Entry into Waldo Stadium.

Smoking: Smoking/Tobacco Policy: Western Michigan University is a Tobacco Free campus. The use of tobacco products including smokeless tobacco and vapes is not permitted indoors or outdoors on any University property.
 
Solicitation: No unauthorized solicitation on Waldo Stadium grounds unless approved by WMU.

Strollers: Strollers are prohibited inside Waldo Stadium.
 
Students: Student seating at Waldo Stadium is in the North sideline stands, sections N, O, P and R. Western Michigan student football tickets are mobile tickets and should be claimed for free at wmubroncos.com/studenttickets. Student tickets are available for reservation the Monday 2 weeks prior to each home game starting at 10 am.

Tailgating: To ensure a safe and enjoyable gameday experience, Western Michigan football fans and campus visitors are encouraged to review the following tailgating information.

    Football Tailgating Rules
  • Tailgating is permitted from four hours prior to kickoff to the start of the game and for one hour after the game.
  • Tailgating is not permitted during the game or at half time.
  • No glass containers.
  • No couches or upholstered furniture.
  • No kegs, half barrels, pony kegs or other common alcohol containers.
  • No oversized trucks or buses.
  • One space per vehicle.
  • Stand-alone tents must be behind vehicle and cannot impede traffic flow.
  • RVs may be required to purchases multiple parking spaces in designated area.
  • Large, pull-behind grills are not permitted.
  • Service animals are the only animals permitted in tailgate area.
  • External sound systems beyond the size of those typically associated with small gatherings are prohibited.
  • Drinking games and use of devices to accelerate consumption are prohibited.
  • Behavior that is disruptive, endangers others or increases chances of injury is prohibited.
  • Violators will be removed, and may face criminal prosecution or student code disciplinary action.
  • Tailgaters are expected to clean up after themselves and guests using receptacles provided.
  • Authorities, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to restrict any action or activity that is viewed as excessive, disruptive or unsafe.
  • Authorities reserve the right to inspect any item, activity, or vehicle.

TV and Radio Broadcast information:
Television broadcast times are controlled by the MAC's television partners and are generally announced either 12 or 6 days prior to the game. Game times will be widely publicized as soon as they are available on wmubroncos.com and on athletics social media accounts @wmu_football
Bronco fans throughout the country are now able to follow the play-by-play on Midwest Communications station 106.5 Jack FM. The flagship station of the Bronco Radio Network, WVFM (Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, Battle Creek) can be heard throughout Southwest Michigan on 106.5 FM Fans outside the listening area can follow the games by using the 106.5 Jack FM mobile app, your smart speaker, or online at jack1065.com.

Umbrellas: Umbrellas are prohibited inside Waldo Stadium for the comfort and safety of all fans. No storage of this item is available. Please be prepared to use rain gear or ponchos during inclement weather.

  • Where is the best place to park if I don't have a parking pass?  Bronco Athletics offers a free Shuttle from Lawson Ice Arena. The Football Shuttle runs continuously throughout the game beginning three (3) hours prior to kick off and will drop and pick up fans at the corner of Stadium Drive and West Michigan Avenue.

Tickets and Will Call

  • Game day ticket sales and Public Will Call will open at three (3) hours prior to game time at Gate #1. All other ticket sales locations and Player Will Call will open 1.5 hours prior to game time.
  • WMU Player and Visiting Team Will Call are located at the west end of Waldo Stadium at Gate #1.
Game Day Directions & Parking Information
  • From I-94: At exit #74, turn north onto US-131, go 2.7 miles; use the following directions for exiting from US-131
  • From US-131: At exit #36, turn east onto Stadium Drive, go 2.2 miles; turn left on Howard Street. Cross railroad tracks and immediately turn right and enter campus. Turn left at stop sign and continue to 4-way stop. Turn left and continue to Lawson Ice Arena parking lots. Shuttle buses board at the front of the arena.
  • From M-43 North of Kalamazoo:Turn left off M-43 (Gull Road) in Kalamazoo on to Riverview Drive; go under the railroad overpass and bear right onto Michigan Avenue for 0.4 miles; it then becomes Kalamazoo Avenue. Continue until it becomes Stadium Drive. Pass Waldo Stadium (on your left) and turn right onto Howard Street (second light past the stadium). Cross railroad tracks and immediately turn right and enter campus. Turn left at stop sign and continue to 4-way stop. Turn left and continue to Lawson Ice Arena parking lots. Shuttle buses board at the front of the arena.
