Tamil Nadu’s Industries Minister Dr. T R B Rajaa tweeted "Ford is Back" and shared a video seated in a Ford car, marking the company's renewed plans in the region.

A recent Bloomberg report reveals that China is urging its automakers to keep their advanced EV technology within the country. Not Looking For Fundraise, Company EBITDA Positive Says Classic Legends Co-Founder

Mahindra and Mahindra-backed Classic Legends are eyeing pole position in the neo-classic segment or mid-size motorcycle with the launch of Jawa 42 FJ. Priced at Rs 1.99 Lakhs. Launched in 2018, Classic Legends currently has brands BSA, Jawa and Yezdi motorcycles in its portfolio. This is the 10th motorcycle by Classic Legends. The launch comes days after Classic Legends unveiled the BSA Goldstar 650 at Rs 2.99 lakh. The company plans to open 100 outlets before 2nd October. India Is Not A Dumping Ground For Chinese EVs, On The Verge Of An Inflection

In an exclusive interview with Business Today Television during the launch of Tata's Curvv EV in Udaipur, Vivek Srivatsa, Chief Commercial Officer of Tata Passenger Electric Mobility, stated that it is unlikely India will become a dumping ground for Chinese EVs due to increased tariffs in the US and Europe. "India is on the verge of an inflection point; the 'Make in India' initiative and PLI schemes will continue to provide strong domestic support," Srivatsa noted. He also mentioned that the number of EVs in India is not declining, and fleet operators are eagerly awaiting FAME3. "40% of Tata customers have transitioned away from ICE vehicles, and currently, 12-13% of our sales are from EVs," he shared. 5 Cars Including Affordable EV To Be Launched By 2026 End

Japanese auto major Nissan Motor has said that it will be launching five products by the end of CY26, including compact sports utility vehicle (C-SUV) and electric vehicles (EV) including an EV that could be priced sub ₹10 lakh, in India. The first product that it is bringing in India will be the new X-Trail SUV, which will be launched next month in a completely built unit (CBU) form. Board Likely To Approve 2-3 More Cars By Year End Says Chaba

JSW MG Motor India, the nation's second-largest electric vehicle manufacturer, has experienced robust growth of over 30% quarter-on-quarter, despite a market slowdown. In the first six months of this calendar year, JSW MG Motor India has sold approximately 26,000 cars, with electric vehicles comprising nearly 40% of total sales. Speaking to Business Today TV's Chetan Bhutani, Rajeev Chaba, CEO Emeritus of JSW MG Motor India said that a new EV will be launched in festive period. He further stated that the board has approved 5 new cars to be launched and by year end the board is likely to approve 2-3 more cars.

Motown Price War As TaTa, M&M Offer Massive Price Cuts On Their Flagship SUVs

It’s raining discounts on SUVs with Tata Motors and Mahindra announcing massive price cuts and discounts on their flagship models. Tata Motors cut the price of Safari and Harrier models by ₹50-70,000 for a limited time period on Jul 9. This is in addition to the discount of Rs 1.4 lakh the company is offering on the two models. In response, Mahindra also announced a price cut of Rs 2 lakh on its XUV700 AX7 variant. Industry sources say the price cut has been necessitated by the need to move dealer inventory which is piling up. Reports say that a slump in car sales in the first three months of FY25 has led to an inventory pileup of Rs 60,000 crore at auto dealerships. Analysts expect discounts on the slow-moving models to rise in the coming days.

It features a small petrol tank and a seamlessly integrated CNG cylinder, with a handlebar-mounted switch for fuel selection. The motorcycle's design includes separate filler nozzles for petrol (2-liter tank) and CNG (2 kg capacity), ensuring practicality and ease of use while maintaining a distinctive appearance.
