Data Science @ DKFZ
The German Cancer Research Center (Deutsches Krebsforschungszentrum, DKFZ) takes a leadership role in the data science transformation in the health sciences. Research at the research center focuses on (gen-)omics, medical image analysis as well as patient data and clinical knowledge management and therapy planning. Several DKFZ research groups perform computational research in biomedical application fields. The interdisciplinary and collaborative research environment at the DKFZ results in excellent opportunities for computational and data scientists with interest in biomedical applications.
