When you think back to some of Bradley Cooper's biggest style moments over the past 12 months, you think of big puffer jackets from Gucci and even bigger winter coats by Louis Vuitton. He's the kinda dude who likes experiment with different moods (albeit in a tasteful, classic way), and no matter what he throws on, he's consistently looking good. But yesterday in New York City, the Maestro actor-director was seen mashing a few trends up into one. And y'know what? Yes, we like that too.
In New York, the Oscar nominee was spotted wearing a pair of incognito-mode aviators. Up top, he slipped on some solid merch from American camera company Kodak, and he popped on a rucksack and jumped into some beige cargo pants, because gorpcore will never die.
Unlike other gorpers though, Cooper's cargo trousers fall more on the quieter side of things (rather than going with ultra-technical pieces from the likes of Arc'teryx and Salomon). While they're fitted with more pockets that you'll ever need in your entire life, they're also fluid and loose in that very expensive way, and they look like they're made from the sort of material you'd wear while for a day on a brand new yacht.
And just like how his acting style is super versatile and multi-faceted, so is his menswear. Because rather than going for a pair of boots or loafers (which would go very well with those trousers), he rocked the Air Jordan 4 instead, specifically in the ‘Taupe Haze’ colourway. First released in 2021, unlike other AJ4s, this one's crafted from heel to toe in suede. It's a pretty special pair, to the point that Ben Affleck doesn't even have 'em in his collection. Shock!
