Student Secretariat

The student secretariat deals with the administrative management of each student, from enrolment to the attainment of the academic degree.

 You can contact the secretariat for:

  • General information
  • Enrolments and registrations
  • Tuition fees and payment of university fees
  • Issue of Certificate

For all information of a didactic nature (lecture hours, Professors reception, etc.) it is possible to contact  the secretariat of the Faculty or Institute of reference. The contact details of the secretariats are indicated on the appropriate web pages.

The Secretariat is located on the ground floor of the University, on the right side of the main entrance.

OPENING DAYS AND HOURS

The Secretariat is open:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 10 am – 12.30 am

Tuesday, Thursday: 10 am – 12.30 am and 3 pm – 5 pm

CERTIFICATE REQUEST

Certificates can be requested:

  • by e-mail, to the address of one’s Faculty, with scanned payment receipt attached;
  • by fax, at 06.698.95617
  • in person, at the counter, making the payment exclusively through POS (by ATM or credit card ). 

The cost for each simple certificate is € 14.00.

The certificates are issued to the person concerned, or to his/her delegate with a written proxy from the applicant and a photocopy of a valid document; they can be sent at the express request of the interested party, in Italy or abroad (additional cost of € 3.50 for Italy ; € 4.50  for Europe; € 5.00  for Asia/Africa/America; € 6.00 for other countries).

Attention: historical certificates prior to 1994 cost € 35.00.

REQUEST FOR DIPLOMAS (PARCHMENTS)

The request for writing the diploma (degrees of Baccalaureate, Licentiate, Degree and Doctorate), takes place as for the certificates; the wait is two months and the cost is different for each cycle of studies.

Important: Written parchments are not reproducible and cannot be sent.

Dimensions below:

– parchment for Baccalaureate and diplomas from the Pastoral Institute: 27.3 x 34.6 cm; folder 31 x 39.2 cm.
– parchment for Licentiate, Degree and Doctorate: 35 x 54 cm; folder: 40.8 x 57 cm.

N.B. The secretarial rights are summarized in the institutional Ordo of the University.

MODIFICATIONS OF THE STUDY PLAN

In order to make changes to their study plan, the student must request an appointment with the Dean/ Head / Director of the relevant Faculty by filling in the appropriate form that can be downloaded in the “General Forms” section. Once the changes have been approved, the student must submit the signed form to the Student Secretariat in order to be able to enter the personal page.

Requests for changes must be sent within two weeks before the beginning of lectures, both in the first and second semester.
