  This user appears to be somebody new trying their hand at writing for the first time. I see no reason to suspect they are creating short pages as part of some sort of malicious plot, and they certainly do not require a ban. In future try talking to new user's on their talkpage and explaining how the site works before coming to Ban Patrol. -- The Zombiebaron 01:30, 12 January 2019 (UTC)

  Uhm, ok, I withdraw my request, maybe I was hurry... But, just to talk, it happended too often that IPs or noobs wrote some nonsense/humorless microstubs adding {{construction}}, just to abandon 'em soon after.   As I said on your talkpage, lapsed maintenance tags not getting deleted in a timely manned is due to administrative laziness.
