Hiroki Kuroda (or Kuroda Hiroki in Japan, whatever) is a Japanese Major League Baseball pitcher who has played for the Los Angeles Dodgers and the New York Yankees. When one compares his pitching for the Dodgers with his pitching for the Yankees, they will notice a difference and praise the boys from the Bronx's teaching skills. His pitching motion and thrust is superb, and has been known to distract the batter's eye. No pun intended.

Kuroda pitched in Nippon Professional Baseball, the MLB of the Japanese islands. There he has experienced baseball being played by samurais. He was the bomb on a Hiroshima baseball club from 1997 to 2007.

Kuroda won the Best Nine Award in 2005, whatever that means.[1]

Hiroki Kuroda is, among all things, known for his fashion.
