Actually, because I am Captain Catheter, I was trying to avoid having to vote. The only person I've ever voted for in RotM was OEJ, and that's because he single-handedly kept Pee Review afloat before any of us even joined. I'll look at the reviews today and tomorrow and base my vote on what I see.

Also, it is clearly cloudy. If there's one thing that Wikipedia's taught me it's that the internet ALWAYS knows more than you do. Adoption would be a more formal process, where the adopter officially adopts the adoptee (actually nothing more than sticking a template on each person's userpage) and the adopter gets the adoptee really acquainted with the aspects of the site. That would be preferable if you plan to hang stick around for more than a few days and really get used to the site, as adoptions usually last for quite a while. On the other hand, I could just show you some of the site's projects, give you a few minor details about how the site works, and then let you do whatever. The second option would be best if you'd rather just edit freely for a while and then just leave the site quietly after a few days without getting really involved. Question about article

Hey how's it going. You were the one who tagged the article I created and I totally agree that it needs some fixing up. The problem is, for some reason the tool bar on top of the edit box is gone...(the one with the Bold, Italics, Images, etc). I was wondering if you knew how to restore it, or if it will come back. I find this rather strange. I also am a novice to this site, so maybe you could give me some tips on how to shape certain articles. Thank you. -Just89 02:24, 28 January 2009 (UTC)

Don't worry too much about the ICU tag. Your article is already better than most of the stuff this site sees on a daily basis, it's just rather short. I'm not really sure what happened to your tool bar, as it shows up when I edit. If it remains absent for you, you may want to try clearing your cache (ctrl-refresh on most PC browsers, I believe). I'm not really sure what it does, but it seems to help these kinds of things. If nothing else, I already know all of that formatting so you could just ask me if you really need help. As for "article shaping", the general pages that new people are pointed to are HTBFANJS and the Beginner's Guide, though you may find some more helpful inspiration in Uncyclopedia:Best of. Did he even edit his user page? Anyway, editing other users user pages is something which we allow if it's done between regular users who know each other. It's a kinda friendship thing. I remember Cajek once compared it to monkeys picking flees out of each others fur. On that note, I edited Cajek's user page today. Actually I appreciated your feedback, and I'll have to go over the sentence structure again on this before I put it to sleep. I was honestly expecting to have it torn apart somewhat as it's not a typical Uncyclopedia article. I realised that it was short and image low, but I was trying to keep it as close to the original in appearance/structure as possible. For my first original piece from concept to completion, I'm quite happy with the result.

Thanks for the review. I made a minor edit to the end of chapter 2 to make it seem less "soft core" and more "comedy" that I think works. In regards to your other criticisms, most of them have to do with me imitating/parodying the style of the author (who does basically just break off into non-English languages for no adequate reason because he can). In regards to the ending, it's a total reference to the end of Gravity's Rainbow, which ends in a very similar fashion. I revised accordingly, and nominated it for VFH. Yeah, I see the template but as to why it has been placed I am unsure, I thought I was doing OK with the PEE reviews and I'm doing my best to avoid doing anything wrong. I think that if you disagree with me placing the Leeds article into VFD then you could have simply removed it and said that it shouldn't have been placed there.
