Naloxonazine is a potent, irreversible μみゅー-opioid receptor antagonist.[1] Naloxonazine forms spontaneously in acidic solutions of naloxazone, and may be responsible for much or all of the irreversible μみゅー opioid receptor binding displayed by the latter.[2]
