Notability[edit]

I noticed that this article had a notability tag regarding WP:SCHOLAR. As per my reading of that policy, Koga is notable because her recent book won two relatively significant awards. Now, the significance of the awards can be disputed, but are explained to an extent by the source I added in the article.
