On June 26, 2017, Jeffrey Cutler Tax Collector of [[East Lampeter Township]], gave the senate office of [[Bernie Sanders]] and [[Rand Paul]] a 1 page proposal to fix the republican bill.  One of the key features of the fix is to replace Medicaid with Medicare, and some type of hash tag descriptor.  It is found on page 23 of the filing made June 29, 2017 in case # 2:17-cr-00137.  This is almost the same thing proposed by [[Bernie Sanders]].  Another key feature is the ability to walk into [[Costco]] and state “Give me the hotdog, coke, sauerkraut and Healthcare Insurance".  On August 4, 2017 Jeffrey Cutler filed a NOTICE OF APPEAL in case 2:17-cv-00984 citing the confirmation of 190,000 counts of Mail Fraud by Amber Green and Brian Hurter for fraudulent property assessments (received from the USPS July 25, 2017 as C#1841062) and Obstruction of Justice by the FBI on January 30, 2017 when trying to report “CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT BANK AND INSURANCE FRAUD”.  Although Mr. Cutler is not a lawyer, the approval of Mr. Cutler’s appeal would terminate Obamacare.
