From 1st of September 2017, Bundaberg Regional Council will be adopting the ADAC system to provide For Construction & As Constructed information for assets provided by the Development Industry.
In essence for Major (Development Industry) Projects, if the steps detailed in the ADAC guidelines are followed, a Developer will no longer be
required to submit ‘As Constructed’ drawings prior to the acceptance of a project ‘On
Maintenance’.
