Obase-Nishikōdai-mae Station is served by the Nippō Main Line and is located 22.2 km from the starting point of the line at Kokura.[2]
Layout[edit]
The station consists of one side platform and one island platform serving three tracks, connected to the reinforced concrete station building by a footbridge. The station is staffed.[2]

Obase Signal was established on 28 May 1944, and was elevated to passenger station status on 15 October 1948 as Obase Station (
