镇静（英語えいご：sedation）是ぜ通どおり过给予よ镇静药来减少及避免めん烦躁或ある情じょう绪激动，通常つうじょう是ぜ为了医い疗目的もくてき。可用かよう于镇静的せいてき药物包括ほうかつ异氟烷、乙おつ醚、异丙酚、依よ托たく咪酯、氯胺酮、戊つちのえ巴ともえ比ひ妥、劳拉西にし泮和わ咪达唑仑等ひとし。 ^[1]

医い疗用途ようと

镇静通どおり常用じょうよう于微创或无创手しゅ术，例れい如内うち窥镜检查、输精管かん结扎术及牙きば科か手て术，如组织重建けん手しゅ术、整容せいよう手しゅ术、拔除智さとし齿。牙きば科か镇静方法ほうほう包括ほうかつ吸入きゅうにゅう镇静（使用しよう一いち氧化二に氮，即そく笑わらい气）、口くち服ふく镇静和かず静しず脉内镇静。镇静亦また用もちい于高度こうど焦こげ虑等症候しょうこう的てき患者かんじゃ。 ^[2]

重症じゅうしょう监护病びょう房ぼう（ICU）也广泛使用しよう镇静剂，以便于使用しよう机つくえ械辅助じょ呼吸こきゅう的てき患者かんじゃ能のう够耐受气管中なか的てき气管插管。

风险
