CXCL10（英えい语：C-X-C motif chemokine 10）是ぜ一いち小しょう分子ぶんし的てき细胞因子いんし属ぞく于CXC趋化因子いんし家族かぞく^[5]，又また被ひ称しょう作さく“干ひ扰素伽とぎ玛诱导的10千せん道みち尔顿蛋白たんぱく”（10 kDa interferon-gamma-induced protein，IP-10）^[6] 。干ひ扰素伽とぎ玛可か以在多た种细胞（如巨きょ噬细胞^[7] ，单核细胞^[7] ，内皮ないひ细胞^[8]和わ成なり纤维细胞）中ちゅう诱导CXCL10的てき表ひょう达。CXCL10的てき功こう能のう包括ほうかつ对T细胞和かず单核细胞的てき细胞趋化作用さよう^[9]^[10]，促进T细胞黏附于内皮がわ细胞^[8]，抗こう肿瘤^[11]，及血管けっかん新生しんせい^[8]。人ひと类的CXCL10基き因いん与あずかCXCL9，CXCL11的てき基もと因いん相しょう邻聚集しゅう在ざい第だい四よん染色せんしょく体たい上じょう。CXCL10, CXCL9和わCXCL11结合趋化因子いんし受体 CXCR3而起其细胞趋化か作用さよう^[9]^[10] 。
