西洋せいよう哲学てつがくの歴史れきしの大半たいはんにおいて、セックスやセクシャリティに関かんする問といは一般いっぱん的てきな倫理りんり学がくにおいて考察こうさつされるにとどまっていた。しかし、この潮流ちょうりゅうから独立どくりつし、性的せいてきな問題もんだいを扱あつかう固有こゆうの領域りょういきが誕生たんじょうした。
