Pacific Trust Otago (PTO)
Whanau Ora service, Well Child Tamariki Ora, Health Link, Employment contract service, Breakaway Holiday, Community link and development, Elderly group, sports and exercises, etc.
These services target Pacific people but are open to all.
PTO is in contact with all Pacific churches and ethnic groups. The Board of Trustees is made up of representatives of the Pacific ethnic groups in Dunedin. PTO works collaboratively with other Pacific organisations, governmental and NGOs to support the Pacific families. Following is brief description of support PTO could provide:
- Ongoing provision of food support for Pacific and client families in need with referral to Whanau Ora for goal setting and plans to support the family to overcome future hardships
- Ongoing provision of information and updates to Pacific communities of what’s happening and referral to other services (that is not provided by PTO) if and when required.
- Ongoing compiling of clients and Pacific database and contacts as part of local contact centre which might support contact tracing if there’s a need in the future.

Southern District Health Board
The Southern DHB is responsible for planning, funding and providing all publicly funded health care services for the Southern district.

Anglican Family Care (AFC)
Anglican Family Care is a social services agency that has served the people of Dunedin and Otago since 1970. AFC main office is based in Dunedin, with other branches in Balclutha, Oamaru and Alexandra.
AFC main focus is children, young people, and their families. All of our services are free and voluntary.
AFC services are for all people regardless of beliefs because we respect the values and beliefs of the Anglican Church, especially "To respond to human needs by loving service".
- Family Start: a home visiting programme which provides long-term support to expectant parents and parents of newborn and young children.
- Home-based Family Support: supporting parents to achieve their parenting goals, as well as offering social work support. Also, a home visiting service.
- Respite Care for children – part of the Home-based Family Support Service.
- One-on-one parenting courses: Triple P - Positive Parenting Programme; or Circle of Security.
- Therapeutic services for children, and parents/caregivers with children in their care: counselling for adults; and play therapy for adults or children.
- Social Workers in Schools (SWiS)
- Restorative Justice.
