  • The submission of an Erosion and Sediment Control Management Plan to the Dunedin City Council setting out details of erosion and sediment control systems
  • Biodiversity protection
  • Protection of identified archaeological and heritage areas/features, processes to be followed during excavation, and protocols to be followed if archaeological material is discovered during construction
  • Revegetation and planting requirements

  • City Planning Enquiries, Customer Services Centre, Ground Floor, Civic Centre, 50 The Octagon, Dunedin

Any person who made a submission on the notice of requirement for the alteration to the designations may appeal to the Environment Court against all or part of this decision. Appeals must be in the prescribed form, and must be lodged with the Court within 15 working days of the date on which notice of the decision is given.

If no appeals are made on this decision, or if, following appeals, the Environment Court resolves that the designation should be confirmed or modified, the designation will be included in the Dunedin City District Plan as soon as reasonably practicable and without further formality.
